Thank you for choosing Little Scraps of Heaven Designs. This is our terms of use page. Please read our terms of use before purchasing our designs.
How you MAY use our patterns, digital images, and digi stamps.
You MAY use any LSHD pattern, digital image, and digi stamp for personal use.
You May use any LSHD pattern, digital image, or digi stamp to create any HANDMADE crafts to sell. However, we ask, when you are selling your creations using a LSHD product PLEASE give credit to Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.
You MAY print images to sell as a 3D image. 3D images only. NO SINGLE LAYERED PRINT OUTS MAY BE SOLD.
How You MAY NOT use Little Scraps of Heaven Designs patterns, digital images, or digi stamps
You MAY NOT share or give away any LSHD patterns, digital images, or digi stamps images. This includes sharing our patterns/digital images on any private or public boards for free or for profit.
You MAY NOT create printable images to sell as single layered images.
YOU MAY NOT ALTER MY DESIGNS IN ANYWAY AND CLAIM THEM AS YOUR OWN.
You MAY NOT use my patterns/piecings to sell in scrapbook kits (paper or digital) unless permission is given.
You MAY NOT sell LSHD products in mass productions.
You MAY NOT create any rubber/clear stamps from any LSHD image unless permission is given.
Rights are for the original purchaser only. Rights can not be transferred to another individual.
Failing to following these terms is a violation of the Digital Millennium Act and may result in a $500,000 fine and up to 10 years in prison.
Please use our products honestly.
By purchasing a LSHD pattern, digital image, and digi stamp you are agreeing to all terms.
